Moor to Sea Arts Terms and Conditions for ‘One-to-One Art Advice’

1 In the following Terms and condition ‘us/we/our’ refers to Moor to Sea Arts, ‘you /your’ refers to the person using the Moor to Sea Arts Art Advice service..
2 One -to-One Art Advice session are booked using the Booking Form on www.moortoseaarts.co.uk. The fee must be paid in full to confirm the booking.
3 The fee covers
Moor to Sea Arts receiving your booking with the completed questionnaire, including images where relevant.
Assessment of your work and requests by a Moor to Sea Arts tutor, and the tutor’s preparation for the contact time.
30 minutes contact time via a video call.
4 No refunds will be made for bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
5 Rescheduled sessions incur no further fee if made more than 48 hours before the time of the original season booked.
6 Time zone : Moor to Sea Arts works in GMT (Grenwich Meantime) or BST (British Summer Time). Should you be living in a different time zone it is your responsibility to be aware of time differences when making your booking. It is your responsibility to note what time of day your chosen time slot is in the time zone you live in.
7 One tutor is assigned to each Art Advice booking. The choice of tutor is made at Moor to Sea Arts discretion, and is dependent on the answers and/or images supplied in the Booking Form. You may state your preference for a particular tutor, but no guarantee can be made that they will be available for your consultation.
8 If the tutor we feel would be best suited for your consultation is unavailable we may ask you to reschedule.
9 Art Advice is limited to one hour, including our preparation and the video consultation. In booking you accept that we may not be able to answer all of your questions. Please see our Art Advice Guidelines for more information.
10 In booking you accept that to get the most benefit from your Art Advice consultation it is essential that you complete the Booking Form as fully as possible. Moor to Sea Arts will not be held responsible for an unsatisfactory consultation if we are unable to make adequate preparations due this form not being completed.
11 All Art Advice consultations will take place in English.
12 If Moor to Sea Arts experiences internet problems preventing the online consultation taking place we will offer to reschedule or refund you.
13 If you experience internet problems preventing the online consultation taking place we will not offer a refund. If availability allows we may offer to reschedule, but will not guarantee this.
14 Moor to Sea Arts will not tolerate any from of abusive behaviour, and reserves the right to terminate an Art Advice session at any stage. No refund will be given.
15 The One to One Art Advice consultation element will take place via video call using the apps Zoom, or ( for Mac users) FaceTime. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with Zoom or FaceTime before booking.
16 Recording of video sessions is strictly prohibited.
17 Each Art Advice consultation is private, for one individual. One or two tutors may attend the video element. We reserve the right to terminate a session, without refund, if more than one person attends the session.
