Moor to Sea Arts Terms and Conditions for ‘Art Outdoors’

1 To book a place on a Moor to Sea Arts ‘Art Outdoor’ event complete the booking form on the Moor to Sea Arts website. Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
2 Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
3 No refund will be given if the participant cancels less than 48 hours before the start of the event.
4 The fee is not transferable, applying only to the event booked.
5 Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right to cancel Art Outdoor events at its discretion. In this event as much notice as possible will be given and any relevant fees paid to us will be refunded in full. Moor to Sea Arts will not be liable for any additional cost or expense.
6 These events are weather dependent. A decision will be made by Moor to Sea arts by 6.00pm the day before the event is due to take place.
7 If the event is run, no refund will be payable to participants who decide not to come.
8 If Moor to Sea Arts cancels the event, participants will be offered alternative dates, venues or a full refund.
9 It is the responsibility the participant to check the Moor to Sea Arts website the evening before the event to confirm that the event will be going ahead. The information will be posted on the Art Outdoor page on the website.
10 The fee includes tuition at the venue.
11 The fee includes tuition by one tutor per event. Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right to decide which tutor attends each event, and amendments may be made without prior notice.
12 Participants bring all their own art materials and equipment. Art materials and equipment are not supplied by Moor to Sea Arts.
13 Participants are responsible for ensuring that their clothing and footwear are appropriate for the prevalent weather conditions and the terrain.
14 Personal possessions remain your responsibility throughout the course. We suggest arranging your own insurance if you are bringing items of particular value.
15 Travel to the venue and any costs involved (e.g. parking fees) are the responsibility of the participant.
16 Art Outdoors will take place at a variety of open air venues. These will include open countryside, beaches and along footpaths, where Moor to Sea Arts has no influence on the suitability of access for those with mobility issues. Some venues may only be suitable for those with good mobility.
17 It is the responsibility of the participant to view details of the Art Outdoors locations to asses the sites before booking a place on an Art Outdoors event.
18 Your details will be held on file and may be used to send you information about other courses, exhibitions, activities etc. involving Moor to Sea Arts. Your details will never be passed to a third party. If you do not wish to receive this information, please contact us to let us know.
19 Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right to amend these T & C without prior notice. Students will be notified when changes are made.
20 In booking you accept these Terms & Conditions.
