Using the Language of Flowers, secret messages were passed between lovers in bouquets. Each flower had a meaning; bouquets could be ‘read’! It is said that pansies stand for thoughts, and rosemary sands fir ‘remembrance’. This tiny bouquet would be telling its recipient that they were always remembered, always in the senders thoughts.
